UKSD successfully gained full planning permission for a self contained studio annex. Working closely with the client the design was formed from the evolving the existing footprint of the disused dilapidated garage. Throughout the concept stage several options was produced. The final submission included a simple palate of materials with clean lines and simple but effective detailing with cost effective and sustainable construction methods.
It is anticipated construction will commence summer 2015 following building control approval with a detailed design submission to WLDC.
