UKSD worked alongside the landowner to bring forward a planning application for the new agricultural tied dwelling.

The planning application consisted of a new selling and various farm buildings. With the existing hedgerows surrounding the site retained and enhanced with a planting scheme and public facilities.

The Architectural appearance respects the surrounding open countryside and integrates well with the low, clean and simple profiles utilising a simple material selection.
