UKSD have a very experienced team in place to manage all town planning aspects of all types of projects. Development of new projects, retentions for existing sites, and all aspects of dealing with planning applications and appeals.

As part of a multi-disciplinary offer, we provide town planning advice to a wide range of private and public sector clients. Our team works at the front-end of development to take projects through all stages of the planning process including feasibility, promotion of plans, application, assessments and appeals. We pride ourselves on having a client-focused approach and working collaboratively.

We attribute our leading success rate on Planning Applications and Appeal grants (>90%) to the close collaboration between our experienced multi disciplinary team and our skilled partnered engineering consultants. Our Planning Division manages all aspects of the planning process, including providing all Visual Impact Assessment Reports, Screening Assessment Reports and associated Noise Impact Reports.

UKSD has been involved in the Planning and Retention work for a number of leading operators.  Our Planning Division also project manages the Compliance and Planning Enforcement Issues between clients and Local Authorities for the leading telecommunications operators.
